Anyone do something like this? I do body building right now, but that's just to get me to the size I want to get too.

I'm trying to jog every day, and do some exercise at home. That is about it. Can't really afford to go to a gym right now, but I would like to.

Not necessarily, doing the wrong type of exercises and technique can make working out useless. You can be working out for years and have 0 to few gains but if you know what you're doing and how to properly grow your body you can make a lot more gains in a couple years.

You do some cardio then? That's a good way of staying fit. Aren't you in the airforce? If you are I thought they had gyms on base?

seeker i got friends that i go with that r like 23 and they are all pretty bulk im not that into all of that. I got muscle I run every day and I smoke weed I'm in good shape I don't eat much I have a lot of protein my body knows what it is and puts it in the muscle and not storing it as fat

I wouldn't call it long term body building, and if you don't eat much you don't have a lot of protein? Half of what you said makes no sense...running waste calories which is also needed to feed the muscles. Weird..

Damn right, i eat a big enough meal in the morning to last a me a day and get protien through that way and drinks workout then im good fer a day

I eat junk food, and my body builds.
I wouldnt say Im the size I want to be.
But people have said Im a well rounded person.

lol i dont even look that skinny...and ya i started working out again with bout 3000 calories a day at beginning of summer

Not to ruin the fun but I kinda made this thread to be serious. So, if you don't mind not posting non serious comments that would be appreciated.
Um, there's no way you're gonna gain 20lbs of muscle doing pushups....maybe fat but not muscle. There's just no way.
I've gained a total of 14lbs during my 1st cycle of HST. (hypertrophy specific training) It couldn't have been much fat, I look exactly the same fatness wise. I've gotten more musclear though, which is the whole point :p
Preparing for my next cycle, I am doing my maxes for 15s, 10s, and 5s. I did half my maxes for 15s. I will do the rest tomorrow and maybe some maxes for my 10s. Depends on how I feel. I should be ready to start working out monday.

Well....if I'm doing body building right now I must want size...hahaha.
My routine.
I do 30mins of dynamic stretching before workout, always. I work out on monday, wednesday and friday usually. Three days a week but sometimes it gets different like tuesday, thursday, saturday etc.
It's split like A/B schedule.
A
Bench
Deadlift
Chins
Shrugs
B
Shoulder Press
Squat
Pendlay Rows
Clean and Jerks(I don't do during 15s since it's so metabolic and tiring)
I test my 15RM, 10RM, and 5RM before I ever do my cycle. I work up to my RM too.
Week 1-2: 2sets of 15reps to prepare the joints.
Week 3-4: 2sets of 10s.
Week 4-5: 2sets of 5s.
Week 5-6: 1set of 5s. (basically it's my 1RM but usually I gain some strength so I can do it near 5 times and most times I can 5 times)
Diet:
Eat 6 times a day, the eggs,pasta,chicken, anything that's good. If you know about proper dieting for working out you would know what I'm talking about. Eat as much good carbs and protein as possible. Drink 8 ten glasses of water a day.
Supplements:
Pre-workout PMD Pump Fuel, Post-workout Wheybolic.

I like the routine. But 2 weeks is to short. To be honest, change it up every 6 weeks. Your muscles dont overcome that fast. Good diet, a lot of milk and water. I take optimum nutrition 100% whey after wards and some L-glutamine. I would do some more rows(Bentover). But i like it!

Dude, this is HST standards, it's scientific in it's principles. I've gained a lot of muscle from doing this program how it is...also, pendlay rows is supposed to be the better version of bentover rows.

No, I don't but there's no way it can be above 3.5k. I'm trying to eat round there, it's not too easy because I get full but I try my best.

I eat crap sometimes but mostly good. I am an Ultramarathoner who smokes weed (alot) and I am 5'10" 185lbs. Junk food is fine, everything is fine. Everything in moderation that is. It is routines that make life unbearable and well, routine. Fuck workout schedules! have fun, go run, go skydive, go ride a bike. GO OUTSIDE!
and yes, this is my attempt at being serious...so im not trying to flame the thread
