I am the one who banned you. You seemed to know where everyone was and even directing your gunner to the 5 people that were playing on the server. You have tons of linked guids with pbbans. Your ping is extremely high , yet you mange to get 1 shot sniper head shots, chopper to jet shots. Right now you will stay banned until we get some others with better knowledge with pbbans.

The only thing I can prove is that he is cheating BF2:BC2

Two banned GUIDs used on the same day or previous day from the same IP as his BF2 GUID.

This doesnt prove hes cheating in BF2, but it does prove a lack of integrity and sportsmanship. Also, getting consistent incredible kills/shots with a very high ping is usually a good indicator that something is awry.

Not sure how my previous ban on him was cleared, but I found more than this prior, including some other players (also banned) that were in the same part of Brazil and played together.

This does not surprise me.
