01/08/10 - Ban Appeal

I am Arktkt and i feel that i was banned without proper reasoning. I agree with what the admin was saying about me bailing into uncap from a jet; howver he said i rammed somebody when in reality my jet crashed into the mountain to right of helispawn. so when i parachuted and landed i threw grenades into jet spawn and killed two people and then i was accused of ramming when there was no jet or heli. so i tried to clarify that it wasnt a ram that my jet had hit the mountain but when i attempted to clarify i was banned for being a smacktard.... this happend on Jan 4 at around 10:00pm pst if possible people look at battlerecorder it should show my jet hit the mountain ok thanks.

Point is this, you are not suppose to bail ram the uncap. I do believe the wreckage hit right next to the heli pad, it even killed somethone i think. But I would have just let it go at that but you continued to argue about it which is why you were banned. It will expire in just a few days so see you in the server then.
